The 2024 Honda Prologue: Top Base Range for Less Than $50K

The 2024 Honda Prologue is set to make its debut in showrooms in just over a month, and Honda is providing more details about its first electric SUV. The base model EX, with a single motor and two-wheel drive, will have a starting price of $48,795 including destination, and will offer an impressive 296 miles of range, the best of any base model in its class.

The EX model comes with a 212-horsepower motor and 236 pound-feet of torque, powering the front wheels exclusively. It also includes 19-inch alloy wheels, Honda’s new infotainment system with Google built-in, Wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, heated front seats, and dual-zone climate control. For an additional $3,000, customers can add a second motor to the EX or Touring models, while the Elite model is only available in all-wheel drive and starts at $59,295.

The Prologue’s onboard charger supports 150 kW fast-charging, and its 85-kWh battery can be charged with 65 miles of range in just 10 minutes. To support fast-charging, Honda is offering a variety of credit options for both in-home and on-location charging, including a $500 level 2 home setup option and $750 in EVgo charging credits.

The complete trim breakdown for the 2024 Honda Prologue, along with pricing, is as follows:

-EX: $48,795
-EX AWD: $51,795
-Touring: $53,095
-Touring AWD: $56,095
