New paint color and Alexa Built-In now available on the 2025 Mazda CX-30

The 2025 Mazda CX-30 continues to impress with its stylish design, excellent driving dynamics, and high-quality interior. However, there are some drawbacks such as subpar fuel economy, limited storage space, missing features in comparison to other compact SUVs, and some issues with the infotainment system.

For the new model year, Mazda has introduced some exciting updates to enhance the ownership experience. One notable addition is the integration of Alexa Built-In, allowing for hands-free control of various functions in the car and commands for Alexa-enabled smart homes. Additionally, the Mazda Online Navigation system now offers expanded mapping data with live traffic updates and the ability to receive over-the-air map updates through Mazda Connected Services.

Another new feature for 2025 is the option to select Aero Gray Metallic paint, a popular color from the Miata’s exterior palette, for an additional $450. This adds a touch of personalization to the CX-30’s exterior.

In terms of pricing, MSRPs have increased by $150 on all trims except the base model. The destination charge has also gone up from $1,375 to $1,420, resulting in a $45 increase for all vehicles sold. The pricing for the 2025 Mazda CX-30 after destination is as follows:

– 2.5 S: $24,995
– 2.5 S Select Sport: $26,650
– 2.5 S Preferred: $28,940
– 2.5 S Carbon Edition: $29,940
– 2.5 S Premium: $32,140
– 2.5 Carbon Turbo: $32,940
– 2.5 Turbo Premium: $35,140

Under the hood, the CX-30 is powered by a 2.5-liter four-cylinder engine producing 191 horsepower and 186 pound-feet of torque. For those looking for more power, there is a turbocharged version of the engine available, generating 227 hp and 310 lb-ft of torque on 87 octane fuel or 250 hp and 320 lb-ft on 93 octane. All trims come equipped with a six-speed automatic transmission and Mazda’s i-Active AWD system.

Standard driver assistance features include adaptive cruise control with stop and go, high beam control, and lane keep assist, providing added safety and convenience for drivers.
