The unveiling of the 2025 Ford Mustang GTD initially kept the interior a secret, but Ford has now released images of the interior along with details on the Carbon Series and Performance packages. These packages combine to create the ultimate version of the iconic pony car.
The Carbon Series package showcases the carbon fiber weave of the hood, roof, and rear deck left unpainted. It can be paired with various colors, including the new Chroma Flame hue, and offers painted stripes and calipers in different colors. On the other hand, the Performance Package is designed for functionality, with additional aerodynamic features for improved performance. This car equipped with the Performance Package is aiming to lap the Nürburgring in under 7 minutes and includes features like a rear wing with drag reduction mode and magnesium wheels.
Moving on to the interior, the 2025 Ford Mustang GTD boasts familiar Mustang elements such as a 12.4-inch instrument screen and a 13.2-inch infotainment screen, both with updated graphics. The steering wheel features leather, Dinamica wrappings, and carbon fiber accents, along with 3D-printed titanium shift paddles. The center console includes buttons for Track Apps and a front axle lift system, and the car comes with Recaro seats in a gradient color scheme. A unique feature is the window to the rear suspension, replacing the rear seats.
While pricing details have not been released, European buyers can apply to purchase the 2025 Ford Mustang GTD at TheMustangGTD.com starting on June 13. This model is set to redefine the standard for the ultimate pony car experience.
