Nissan recently unveiled four innovative concept cars at the Beijing Auto Show, showcasing two sedans and two SUVs. These concepts provide a glimpse into Nissan’s future designs for the Chinese market, with potential influence on global models as well.
Nissan Epoch Concept:
The first reveal was the Epoch Concept, an electric sedan targeted towards “suburban go-getters.” Featuring an AI-powered virtual personal assistant capable of recognizing human emotions, this Sentra-sized vehicle boasts a distinctive rounded design with notable lighting elements, a glass roof, and aerodynamic features like flush door handles.
Nissan Epic Concept:
The Epic Concept, designed for “adventurous city couples,” is an autonomous, fully electric SUV equipped with advanced sensors for urban and highway driving. It also functions as a power source for camping equipment, showcasing an eye-catching exterior with LED lighting, off-roading capabilities, and a spacious, luxurious interior with innovative features.
Nissan Era Concept:
Transitioning to plug-in hybrids, the Era Concept is targeted towards young business professionals who view their car as a second home. With an E-4ORCE all-wheel-drive system, active air suspension, and Zero-Gravity seats, this PHEV offers comfort and capability for longer journeys. Its exterior design, similar to the Epic Concept, includes unique features like raised roof rails and off-road tires for added versatility.
Nissan Evo Concept:
Completing the lineup, the Evo Concept is a plug-in hybrid sedan ideal for family weekend getaways. Distinguished by its sporty design, this sleek sedan offers a simplistic yet modern interior with advanced technology features. Its angular front and sportback design set it apart as the most dynamic concept, appealing to those seeking a blend of performance and practicality.
