Rumors suggest BMW M240i may offer carbon fiber roof option

The latest updates on BMW’s M series and 2 Series family have been making waves in the automotive world. There are talks of the M2, M3, and M4 receiving an “upcoming model revision,” leaving enthusiasts hopeful for higher performance and output. Additionally, the 2025 M240i and M240ix are rumored to offer a carbon roof option starting with August production. This would be a significant move, as a carbon roof is currently only available on the M2 at a higher price point.

In the past, BMW sparked excitement by offering a carbon fiber roof option on the M340i. Although this feature might have been limited to Canada, it showed that BMW is exploring ways to make M Performance trims more appealing to enthusiasts. BMW’s emphasis on interior updates, new wheels, and introducing two new colors Skyscraper Grey and Zandvoort Blue are creating a buzz in the market. As for the 2024 2 Series model range, there have been slight price changes with some models receiving a price increase compared to the 2023 version.

These updates indicate BMW’s commitment to enhancing its product line and offering exciting new features to enthusiasts. Stay tuned for more developments from BMW’s M series and 2 Series family as we continue to follow this exciting trend in the automotive industry.
